SOFTWARE AND SUPPORTS
At TensileArchitecture.Com, we use the TechNet
Easy software from Germany, the
most advanced and
reliable software for membrane engineering. This software is used for most Olympic stadiums,
Airports, train stations etc. Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium is in Delhi and Beijing Bird Nest Stadium
is in China. National Stadium Malaysia, Kanha Shantivanam Ashram — Hyderabad is the latest example
of
this software.
For the steel analysis, we use Easy Beam, and to optimize the member sizes, we use Dlubal Rstab. The
only software that can do the nonlinear analysis of the membrane nonlinear forces is Easy Beam,
which is part of Technet, and Rstab, which is German software.
OUR SCOPE OF SERVICES
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN - This includes rendering images
of the
structures with tentative framing independently or along with associated buildings.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN – Indicates plan, elevation,
isometric view, framing
arrangement, and fabric type. This could be a 60% design solution.
DETAILED DESIGN – Includes 100% design submission
drawings indicating fabric
arrangement, framing layout, framing details, connection details, anchoring, and foundation details.
APPROVAL OF DETAILED DESIGN FROM THE AUTHORITY – Submitting detailed designs and calculations to the
approving authority, attending meetings and defending our design, getting approval from the Legal
Authorities, and Issuing GFC (Good for Construction).

PRODUCTION ORIENTED SERVICES – Steel fabrication
includes structural
analysis, design of steel structure framing connections, and anchoring, including foundation. Fabric
patterning provides analysis of the tensile fabric with appropriate wind loading parameters.
TENDER SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT – This includes the
specification of tensile
fabric, structural steel, fabrication, finishing, quality procedures, prequalification of fabricator
and BOQ of associated items.
THIRD-PARTY ENGINEERING REVIEW SERVICES – This is
an independent third-party
review of a design submission based on our engineering methods & confirm if the design is acceptable
by carrying out an independent analysis to verify the engineering design report and drawings, ITP,
and method statement for steel & fabric production.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
SERVICES – This includes
evaluation of the schedule of fabricatio to achieve earlier completion matching with
the baseline program, intermittent inspection to the fabrication yard, review of MIR & WIR to ensure
the compliance of material procured and workmanship against project standard & ITP, and finally,
inspection at site.
COST EVALUATION & ANALYSIS – This includes
evaluating the cost of a tensile
structure project. Based on this, we can recommend the reliability of the subcontractor’s quotation.
VALUE ENGINEERING – We can use our expertise to
improve the system and optimize
the solution to reduce a project's cost.
